With new timber floors throughout and a fresh coat of paint and it's looking schmick. The all white bathroom has had a makeover with new vanity, taps and bathtub and is very clean and tidy. The combined lounge/dining room is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV at the end of the day after sunset drinks/dinner at The Skiff Club. With level access to the apartment from the street - it's easy to get in and out. If you don't like walking anywhere, the free Hop Skip and Jump bus leaves from across the road and takes you to Manly Wharf and the Shopping Mall at Balgowlah. Manly is a 5 minute walk and Little Manly Beach and Manly Cove are 200m away. A parking permit is provided for free all day parking on the surrounding streets. There are two Coles Supermarkets in Manly for a larger shop. Jump on the free Hop Skip & Jump Bus just in front of the Taxi rank in Manly or the 161 bus to make your way back home after a long day out. The Hop Skip & Jump also takes you to the shopping Mall at Balgowlah from the stop near the Skiff Club or from Little Manly Beach. Be sure to try The Manly Skiff Club for drinks, lunch or dinner - great on a sunny day or for watching the sunset over Manly. Be sure to take your ID/Drivers Licence or passport.
