The living area has french doors allowing the sun to shine in. The bathroom was completely renovated October 2024 and the kitchen in August 2025. Features: • Main bedroom has a Queen size bed and large wardrobe. • The second bedroom doubles as a sunroom and has a single bed (bed is a standard single bed not a long single ie not ideal for a 6ft adult) and a desk. • The bathroom has been fully renovated in October 2024. • Brand new kitchen (August 2025) with full size fridge, oven and hotplates, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc • Lounge room includes a comfortable lounge, smart TV and dining table with seating for 4 people. • Shared laundry with own washing machine and communal clothesline at the rear of the building. • Parking permit on request on a first come first served basis.
Other Details to Note
There is no onsite parking. If you need to park, please request to borrow our permit (first come first served) which is shared between two properties. Being so close to Manly, parking can be difficult to find, especially on a sunny day. Parking is limited to 2hrs in the area without a permit. Manly is a very popular tourist destination with plenty of things to do. If you love scenic walks, swimming or lazing on the beach, you just can't beat it. Go snorkelling at Shelley or Fairlight Beaches or learn to dive. There is a large choice of harbour and ocean beaches all within walking distance. We provide a comprehensive manual in the apartment listing beaches, walks, restaurants, bars etc.

This is a fully self contained apartment. Access is via a lockbox - details will be sent 3 days prior to your booking. If you're travelling and need these details earlier, please let us know. The laundry is shared by residents however each resident has their own washing machine.

Walk around the corner to Gilbert Park and buses that will take you in all directions. Manly Wharf is 250m away. From there you can catch a ferry to Sydney CBD (Opera House, Harbour Bridge), Watsons Bay and Darling Harbour/Barangaroo. If you don't like ferries, you can also catch an express bus to the city in peak hours or the 144 bus (to Chatswood) and change buses at Mosman). Want to go further up the peninsula or somewhere else? Visit Transport NSW's website for route timetable. There's also a taxi rank opposite Gilbert Park.
