The laundry is external and is shared by other residents. There is a secure common clothesline on site. The garage will not fit a medium or larger vehicle. Better suits a small sedan. There is a space to park outside the garage as long as the vehicle is off the footpath and not parked across any other space. Garage opening W2450 x H2000. Garage W3500 x H2000 x L4900 (with bicycle storage L4800) This apartment is on a corner near a roundabout - vehicle access is from Addison Road. This apartment is perfect for accessibility as it is on the ground floor and has only two small steps - see photos of entrance but would not comply with wheelchair accessible regulations. Bus stop opposite to Manly and up to North Head.

This apartment is located in the highly sort after Eastern Hill area. It's a few minutes walk to Little Manly Beach or Manly Cove. Walk a bit further to Collins Beach on the harbour side or Shelley Beach on the surf side. It's an easy walk to Manly Corso (central Manly) and Manly Beach. Less than 100m down the road, there's a local supermarket, a very popular Chinese takeaway and Laundromat. Grab a coffee at "The Post Office" around the corner in Darley Road or wander down to Little Manly Beach Kiosk for a coffee, breakfast or lunch. There's a huge choice of restaurants, cafes and takeaways in Manly. There are two small steps to entrance of this apartment. It is on the ground floor and accessed from the outside of the building. If you don't want to walk, catch the free Hop Skip and Jump bus to and from Manly. At sunrise or sunset, walk to North Head for a birds-eye view and wander along the many tracks through the bushland. Watch out for the echidnas, bandicoots and reptiles enjoying the sun! North Fort is now the Royal Australian Artillery National Museum enabling visitors to enjoy the tunnels, guns, a memorial walk and amazing scenery. Wind your way back via Shelley Beach and the world famous Cabbage Tree Bay Aquatic Reserve. Be sure to go for a snorkel or book a diving lesson to see the true beauty of this area. This area is amazing, you won't be disappointed.

The best way to get around Manly is on foot. You can jump on the free Hop Skip and Jump Bus just outside your door to Manly and Stockland Balgowlah. It goes every 1/2 hour but it's a short walk down to Manly. Public transport is excellent and you can catch a ferry to the city, Watsons Bay, Darling Harbour or Barangaroo. Buses take you to the CBD in peak hour and further up the Northern Beaches and Chatswood any time of day.

This is a beautifully renovated and updated apartment; perfect in every detail. Abundant daylight from windows and doors from three sides. Dimmable lighting; house plants, polished stone countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped and has modern appliances; the bath with up to date fixtures; large bedroom with comfortable bed. Very very clean. Complete privacy even though it is on the ground floor. Two (lockable) screen doors provide excellent flow through ventilation, but when it gets hot outside the air conditioner quickly cools the apartment. Exceptional accommodation for a short or extended stay.

Toni was great from day one. She was always very quick to respond to any of our queries, made an early check-in possible for us and gave some very useful advice on the local area. The flat was perfect for us. The location was very central but still private and quiet. Lovely modern decor and very clean. Cannot fault the flat or Toni as a host. Would highly recommended.

We had the perfect stay at Toni's gorgeous little apartment. The perfect place for our trip to Manly. We loved the location, it was an easy walk into the center of Manly and the fact that we had a parking space for our car was gold. We hardly had to use the car and it was so good to have it safely parked by the apartment. The place was spotlessly clean, and the bed was probably the most comfortable ones I have ever slept in while away. I will highly recommend this place to all my friends, and we would certainly choose to stay here again if we come back one day.
